GOULBURN girl Kaela Scott could soon be the one of the world’s most recognizable women when she represents Australia at the Miss Galaxy competition next week.
Kaela is flying to Germany on Monday morning and will be the first Australian to ever compete for the crown.
Miss Galaxy is the world’s biggest beauty pageant and will require her to compete against 140 other competitors from around the globe.
The pageant runs over 10 days and will include all of your typical rounds such as swimwear, evening wear and public speaking.
After several gruelling preliminary rounds the 25-year-old was named Miss Galaxy Australia and said she believes competing in Europe will afford her the opportunity of a lifetime, not only as a model, but also as a positive influence on young girls.
