This is the biggest event Zone 27 has ever hosted and hopefully we haven't forgotten anything.
Some of the preparations being put on hold for a couple of days due to the extreme weather conditions.
We were unable to erect the tents and string up bunting in the gale force winds that prevailed.
The yards were erected on Monday and Tuesday, and Council mowed the grass earlier in the week.
The arenas were levelled on Wednesday thanks to the Goulburn Dressage Club.
We have had to power the camping site with a generator for all the campers as here is very limited power on the grounds and move in toilet blocks, so all had to be done Wednesday as we had riders and horses turning up yesterday and today.
