Licensee and major sponsor of the George Tooke Shield competition team Brian De Francesca said they have a new coach, Jason Bennett who is looking forward to meeting with the prospective players after the muster.

“We are looking forward to the 2010 season,” Mr De Francesca said.

“Our aim for the season is to improve on the performance of last year and to continue to enjoy the game of rugby league.”

If you are interested in playing rugby league, for a pub social club team come along to the Gordon Highlanders muster this Saturday and become part of the team.
