Forty-two eager riders turned up displaying great performances in all categories. Racing was fast, over a technical and flowing 6km course. Several riders commented on the quality of the course, and how enjoyable the race was.

In the open male category, Rod McGee rode an excellent race, on a rigid 29 inch Hardtail, coming in first. Brendan Den came in second and local rider Jake Magee was close behind in third.

The open female category was won by local Rider Lyndal Groom, with Rita Mein second and Megan Pately following in third.

The veteran male category was also furious racing.
