Day is realistic of his chances with stable star Magic Operative but said he was looking forward to an uninterrupted campaign after his last taste of the prestigious series.

Day has twice before been involved in the event with Camlach, but Day’s charge suffered from a travelling illness in both campaigns and wasn’t able to compete at full strength.

There should be no such problems for Day this time around with Magic Operative over some niggling injuries which delayed his comeback at the end of last year..."
