STILL plenty to do.
That's the message from Bulldogs coach Andrew Theuma as the side prepares for the second half of the season.
"definitely we've still got plenty of improvement to go especially in attack," Thuema said ahead of Sunday's clash against the Gungahlin Bulls at the Workers arena.
"The day we do click in attack we'll put on 70 points I reckon."
With the first round of matches over the Bulldogs are sitting in equal first place with the West Belconnen Warriors - the only side to have beaten the Goulburn outfit this year.
Even with a solitary loss Theuma believes the side can improve markedly on their early round performances.
"It's very congested up the top of the table and it only takes one bad afternoon for you to come back to the pack," he said.
"We've got the three bottom teams the next three weeks so we really have to make sure we win those and get all our injuries right for the tough games later in the year."
