CHRIS Bush will continue to progress on the international stage after he was notified of his selection in the Australian Under 20 Young Socceroos squad.
Chris will arrive in Sydney next Monday for a two day training camp with the side before flying out for Bandung, Indonesia next Wednesday to play in the AFC under 19 qualifiers.
The Young Socceroos have been grouped with Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Chinese Taipei, with the top two nations from the group to progress to the AFC under 20 qualifiers next year.
Chris said he feels very honoured by his selection to represent his country and that playing at the Australian Institute of Sport this year has really helped to develop his game.
“We train six days a week and we are lucky to have two very experienced coaches in Jan Versleijen and Gary Van Egmond,” Chris said.
