Michael has combined with promising junior Jarrod to lead this competition all the way through and carried on the good form to the end.

The match was hard fought with Michael and Jarrod winning the opening set 6-2, then a good recovery from Kevin and Gerrard to take the next 6-4.

Strong ground strokes and good net play from all players in this set saw an exciting match.

In the final set Kevin and Gerrard took a lead at 4-3 and were playing great tennis in the closing stages.

Michael and Jarrod lifted their game though, with Michael playing superb net shots and many delicate touch shots which left the opposition stranded at the baseline, and came back to win the set 6-4.
