Ireland have recalled fullback Girvan Dempsey at fullback and handed Munster scrum-half Tomas O'Leary his first international start for Saturday's Test against New Zealand at Croke Park.
Munster fullback Keith Earls and Wasps scrum Eoin Reddan both drop to the bench as head coach Declan Kidney makes a total of six changes from the side that beat Canada 55-0 in Limerick at the weekend.
The remaining four changes are all in the pack with Rory Best and John Hayes starting at hooker and prop respectively following their introduction as replacements against Canada.

France coach Marc Lievremont announced on Tuesday three changes to his side to take on the Pacific Islanders in Test match in the eastern town of Montbeliard on Saturday.
The three changes he has made are all in the pack with Nicolas Mas and Lionel Faure coming in at props for Fabien Barcella and Benoit Lecouls and Fulgence Ouedraogo taking over from Louis Picamoles in the back row.
Ouedraogo plays at flanker with Imanol Harinordoquy moving to No. 8 in place of Picamoles.

Rory Lamont will replace his injured brother Sean on the left-wing in the only change made by Scotland for Saturday's Murrayfield meeting with South Africa.
Sean Lamont was ruled out after suffering a hamstring injury in a 32-6 defeat by New Zealand last Saturday.
Flanker Jason White's place in the side had been felt to be under threat from Gloucester's Alasdair Strokosch, but Hadden believes the former captain's physical presence and experience in the lineout will be crucial against the Springboks.
