The Liberal Party stand was manned on Sunday by Federal Member for Hume Alby Schultz and pre-selection hopeful Angus Taylor and his wife. Goulburn personalities Peter Raft and John Plews were supporting the Libs while Mayor Geoff Kettle also popped in for a chat over the weekend.
Right next door, The Nationals Senator for New South Wales Fiona Nash and NSW MLC Niall Blair were there to support Member for Burrinjuck Katrina Hodgkinson who was at the Show yesterday.
It was difficult to judge which stall was the most popular, but both attracted their fare share of interest. The Hume Liberal Party Pre-selection race will be resolved mid-May.
When asked yesterday to discuss what might happen after pre-selection, The Libs and Nats (their politicians and supporters) were tight lipped.
