A man will face Goulburn Local Court today (Thursday) charged with several offences including vehicle theft, arson, assault and several domestic related offences.

On the evening of Monday 28 January 2013 a 41-year-old woman and 32-year-old man returned to a home in Taralga.
Police will allege that a 47-year-old man entered the property and stole several items including a set of car keys.
About 5am the woman awoke and allegedly saw the 47-year-old man in the house and screamed.
The man fled from the home and used the car keys to steal a utility that was parked outside. Police were contacted and attended the home a short time later.
The 32-year-old man has then attended the home of the older man seeking his vehicle and was allegedly assaulted with a pick axe handle or similar. The man then drove to Guineacor Road South and located his vehicle totally destroyed by fire.
He then drove home to find that his property at Myrtleville had also been completely destroyed by fire.
About 3pm Wednesday, Goulburn Local Area Command officers arrested the 47-year-old man on Middle Arm Road at Goulburn without incident.
He was taken to the local police station and charged with aggravated break, enter and steal, steal motor vehicle, malicious damage by fire x 2, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, mid range drink driving and breach of AVO.
He has been refused bail to appear at the Goulburn Local Court today (Thursday).
