IT’S over 400 times hotter then Tabasco sauce and it’s sent at least five people to hospital. But they’ve done it.

Former NRL superstars Nathan Hindmarsh and Brian Fletcher have conquered Goulburn’s famous Hibo Hero burger.
Their names will now join the some 250 others who grace the Hibo heroes’ honour board.
It’s no mean feat considering an estimated 3500 people have attempted the challenge.
“That’s a success rate of 12 per cent,” said Hibernian Hotel head cheff Matthew Thompson. But the pair, who were filming the stunt for Foxtel’s The Matty Johns Show, didn’t do it easy….
In front of a cheering crowd, the pair slowly, and painfully, consumed the notoriously hot burger and chilli coated chips.
Both finished the challenge with plenty of time to spare in their 30 minute time limit.
The only thing former Parramatta megastar Nathan Hindmarsh could muster to the Post afterwards was: “I feel sick. Virtually sick...”
He quickly headed to the Hibo rest rooms shortly after.
The pair had been dared to take on the burger from Hibernian Hotel owners Kathryn and Pat Burke.
“They’re from up our way,” Fletcher said.
“It’s a shame Kat and Pat aren’t here, because they once got my wife to try it. She got half a bite or something. I want to do better then her.”
The burgers contain three types of chillies.
Birds eye chillies (otherwise known as baby chillies), habanera chillies and Bhut Jolokia seeds (famously known as ghost chillies, the second hottest chilli on the planet.)
Head chef Thompson says he infuses all three chillies in the beef patty. But it’s the paste he makes that’s the killer.
He makes the paste out of dried ghost chilli pods. Tabasco sauce and chilli powder is then added to the bun.
“I try and make it from that first bite, all you get is searing burns straight away,” Thompson said.
“For the boys, I made a fresh batch of chilli paste this morning. It’s pretty unbeatable. I make all the chefs try it, so we all went through pain this morning.”
Contestants are given a seven ounce glass of milk as their only saving grace during the challenge.
Although it probably isn’t enough for most.
“I sort of can’t remember much of it, it was all a bit of a haze,” Fletcher said after the challenge.
