Fire and Rescue NSW and RFS were called to the blaze at Oallen Ford Road afte being contacted by neighbours.
Allan Chapman on a nearby property told the Post he saw the smoke at around 4.30pm and called the RFS who said they'd already been notified and were on their way.
An RFS spokesperson said the house unoccupied and totally destroyed.
