At 7.50am Sunday, Police were conducting speed enforcement on the Hume Hwy, Goulburn when two vehicles were seen travelling together south, in excess of the speed limit.
A black Holden Commodore utility, being driven by 21 year old man from Falls Creek, was travelling at 137km/h and displaying green P plates. A black Mitsubishi Mirage, being driven by an 18 year old woman also from Falls Creek, travelling behind the Commodore was travelling at 130km/h and displaying red P plates.
Both drivers were issued $835 fines and their licences were suspended for three months. The Commodore was permitted to leave the scene with another licensed driver. For their safety, the Mirage was escorted to a Service Centre.
At 8.45am, Police will allege that the female driver of the Mirage, drove the vehicle away from the service centre.
Police approached the vehicle, when the female has allegedly reversed into a car park and over a concrete wall where the vehicle has become stuck.
The female was issued a Court Attendance Notice to appear at Goulburn Local Court on October 29, 2014.
