Council, in partnership with NSW Transport, is running a competition to help keep people safe this Christmas and among the great prizes is a signed-NSW cricket team bat.
“We are encouraging Goulburn Mulwaree residents to have a Plan B before they go out and celebrate this festive season,” Goulburn Mulwaree Road Safety Officer Tracey Norberg said.
“We are asking people what their ‘Plan B’ is - whether it is serious or silly or anywhere in between, we want to hear them.”
Mrs Norberg said there are some great prizes on offer, including a Plan B cricket bat, signed by the whole 2014/15 NSW Blues cricket team. Coach of the NSW Blues cricket team and a well-loved former local of Goulburn Trevor Bayliss is getting behind the campaign.
“This is a great campaign and I support Tracey’s efforts to encourage the people of Goulburn to think of a “Plan B” before they head out to celebrate this Christmas,” Mr Bayliss said.
To enter, all you need to do is go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/My_Plan_B - or call into the Council’s Civic Centre to fill out an entry form.
“Remember – RBT means you need a Plan B – stay safe these holidays and have a Merry Christmas,” Mrs Norberg said.
