By removing the stand-alone question altogether, the results are not allowing for ratepayers the choice of all options available.
I ask that all surveys be dismissed as it might indicate bias for a particular result suited to those who want to use survey results to push for something that may not be in the best interest of all ratepayers.
This is not democracy at work and this is constructing a situation to remove choice.
Is this what ratepayers really want? Is it fair to have choice removed?
