Belmore Park will be abuzz on Saturday, February 20 from 5pm until late into the evening with a host of talent on display.
Stars performing on the evening include Samantha Jade, the Dauntless Movement Crew.
Jade rose to fame as the 2012 X-Factor Australia winner; Dauntless Movement Crew specialise in breakdancing, acrobatics and fire stunts.
Local support acts will include: Bailey Judd and Room 15 as well as Kial Malone playing punchy rock and blues; Mark Churchill, with laidback acoustic blues; and rocker Jamie Annetts, who will belt out some tunes.
'Be Seen Be Heard' youth project coordinator Alysha House said it would be a great evening of entertainment. "There is some great national and local talent performing on the night," Ms House said.
"It is a drug- and alcohol-free event; there will be a barbecue and drinks for sale; and youth will have a chance to get up-close with the artists with 'meet-n-greet passes'."
The Visitor Information Centre will have the passes for sale, and Eagle FM will have 10 passes to give away, Ms House said.
Vibes Fest will conclude Multicultural Day in Belmore Park, she said, "so a complete day of entertainment will be on offer from 10am onwards".
