It is a great opportunity to have a photograph taken with the KFC T20 Big Bash League and rebel Women’s Big Bash League trophies along with Sydney Thunder’s Aiden Blizzard and Erin Osborne at Carr Confoy Park on Wednesday, February 17, at 4.30pm..
Sydney Thunder are the reigning BBL and WBBL champions after beating the Melbourne Stars and the Sydney Sixers respectively on January 24 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Opening batsman Aiden Blizzard played in nine of Sydney Thunder’s BBL05 games, while Australian international Erin Osborne took nine wickets in the inaugural Women’s Big Bash League and was named ‘Player of the Match’ in the final after taking 3/21.
Kids will also be able to test their cricket skills on the Thunder Bus which includes an interactive quiz and inflatable nets. A mega-clinic will also be running, free for anyone to join in.
The Sydney Thunder’s Regional Trophy Tour will also be visiting Albury, Wagga Wagga and Orange.
