The fun run with a dash of dust will take place on Sunday in Victoria Park from 11.30am.
Late entries are welcome tomorrow afternoon and Sunday morning at the registration tent in the park.
The 5km colour run will douse the city's streets (and citizens) with colour, in the first year of what hopes to be an annual Goulburn event.
Stations located every kilometre along the way will see entrants showered in vibrant powder.
The event is an initiative from Goulburn Mulwaree Council, in collaboration with Nowra-based promoter, 100% Events.
"Colour Me Fun Run will showcase our very own Victoria Park to locals and visitors alike, whilst providing the city with an event and a splash of colour that we haven't seen here before," Goulburn Mulwaree Council's general manager Warwick Bennett said.
Chief executive of 100% Events Mark Stewart said: "Goulburn is such a vibrant city and we aim to add in even more activity and colour with our event.
"Colour Me Fun Run is an event where you can walk, run or push the little ones in the pram. It is designed to make activity fun that anyone can participate in.
"We also like to engage with the local schools and community groups as a fundraising opportunity. All the colour stations, registration and marshals come from within the community [and at previous fun runs] we were able to raise over $6,000 that went back directly to the many volunteers."
Money raised from the event will be split between various local charities.
Saturday registration times are noon to 5pm and Sunday from 9am in Victoria Park, or jump online before 1pm today at colourmefunrun.com.au/goulburn/
