THE Post gets lots of mail, some of it from regular correspondents, and a few of them anonymous. One in particular likes to write critiques of stories, such as 'All the world's a stage ... well, Auburn St on a Saturday night is' (GP 29/4), about the Lieder Theatre strolling players reciting Shakespeare in the city's main street recently. The description of a 'wrought iron balconette' (architecturally accurate) was reprimanded, as it's "universally known . . . as a Juliette balcony". What a missed opportunity, wrote the anonymous scribe, "as a Juliette balcony is named after, yes, you guessed it, Juliette from Romeo and Juliette. Oh dear!"
