Ngahuia Waipouri Romana, 30, of Wollondilly Avenue pleaded guilty to mid-range drink-driving when she appeared in Goulburn Local Court on Wednesday.
Police facts said on July 30 at 3.16am they observed Romana driving a white Toyota Corolla west along Bourke St. They pulled her over and she tested positive to a random breath test. She was arrested and taken to Goulburn Police Station where she recorded a blood-alcohol reading of 0.111.
She told police she had drank six schooners of full-strength beer at the Goulburn Workers Club between 8pm and 3am before driving home. She represented herself in court.
Magistrate Carolyn Huntsman said there was no excuse for such behaviour, especially as Romana had a prior drink-driving offence in 2008.
She disqualified her from driving for eight months and placed her on a section-nine bond for 12 months.
