Kevin also spoke on the increasing use of the ground by caravanners.
It was decided that the rules for camping fees need to be tightened. Quotes will be sought for stickers with date details which can be checked by committee members.
The welcome Upper Lachlan Heritage Grant was used to paint the historic pavilion and other improvements added to the facilities.
Craig Croker took the chair for the election of office bearers.
Craig said that a record of thanks was deserved by the retiring executive.
He was supported by a hearty round of applause.
Bruce Hand was elected as president with Kathryne Moloney as secretary.
Glenn Elliott accepted the position of treasurer and Sandra Keith was appointed reviewer of accounts.

Father’s Day
Father’s Day is this Sunday, September 4!
Local shops have special gifts ready for Father’s Day and the Red Cross Branch will run their stall on Saturday with delicious cooking, plants and other merchandise for the special day.
Tangled Vine
Stephie, Luke and Steve have returned from their fabulous holiday in Thailand so the Tangled Vine is functioning again.
The family have photos of many impressive temples, many decorated in pure gold.
The valuable statues have to be protected from the public – they could so easily be damaged.
