While the topic is yet to be revealed, the morning promises to be informative. Mrs Taylor has an extensive legal background and is the wife of Hume MP, Angus Taylor.
The club has been meeting in Goulburn for more than 20 years.
A group of ladies meet once a month at various venues around the city, enjoy breakfast and usually have a guest speaker. Over the years they have been many and varied and the group has enjoyed hearing about some interesting topics.
Members meet on the first Tuesday of every month, excluding January. There is a small, $6 annual membership fee which covers administration, such as informing members of the monthly venue and speaker. This is carried out by a volunteer, as is the booking and collection of the $20 monthly breakfast payment.
“We are always looking for new members who can bring new ideas and suggest guest speakers and add variety to the meeting,” member Lorraine Davison said.
If you would like to go along, the next meeting is on Tuesday, March 7 at Centretown Lagoon Motel in Auburn Street. Please RSVP as soon as possible as booking essential for catering,
