Based in Collector, the mother of two found herself searching online on how, and what it meant to be a single mum.

The search soon turned fruitless, so when her children were asleep the single mother taught herself to build, and run a website.

Today her travel website, Let’s Go Mum!, which features travel adventures with her two daughters, ranked 44 out of 50 at Australia’s Influencer Awards.

Competing against 2000 entries across the nation, it was the only family themed blog to win an award. 

“I didn’t expect to get in the top 50,” she said. “There were people with millions of followers around the world.” 

With a strong interest in writing and traveling, she credited her first website, singlemum.com.au, as a learning tool to achieve the success of her larger travel blog. 

“Travelling with kids is completely different,” she said. “It’s wonderful in a different way and this type of travel was what I wanted to share.” 

Her daughters, Brooke (11) and Samantha (9), who are a part of a distance education program, also plays a big part in where the family travels. 

Ms Bryan has been a brand ambassador for Subway, Speedo and Milo.
