Police pulled a man over at Marulan for speeding and found an unrestrained infant in the rear seat.
Police caught a man travelling in a vehicle at 140km/h southbound on the Hume Highway, Marulan at 6.30am on Easter Saturday.

While speaking to the 29-year-old Victorian man, police observed his 14-month-old son was laying in his baby capsule unrestrained with the belt and harness underneath his body.
The mother said she had been changing the child’s nappy. The driver was fined $455 for speeding, $325 for driving with an unrestrained child and stripped of 14 demerit points.
