About 4.30am, emergency services were called to the Hume Highway following reports a truck carrying pallets of milk had rolled.
The driver of the truck, a 47-year-old man, was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics, before being taken to Goulburn Hospital for mandatory testing.
Hume Local Area Command officers attended and began an investigation.
