A TAFE NSW spokesperson said Open Week is taking place at 130 TAFE locations across the state, collectively highlighting the extensive facilities, course offerings, employer partnerships, world-class training and technology.
“It presents a great opportunity for one-on-one course advice and to meet the teachers and past graduates from local TAFE NSW campuses to discuss training opportunities,” the spokesperson said.
“Locations will feature live demonstrations and interactive signature events. Depending on the campus, these could include customised car painting, posy-making workshops, tips for building fashion portfolios, a fresh-cooking masterclass, and a Green Gate Organic Farm produce tour.
“The first state-wide TAFE NSW Open Week, held in January, attracted more than 10,000 attendees to 1300 events, with a further 26,000 people watching online via Facebook Live events.
