Diamond anniversaries are forever; and the Rowleys, too

Some 50 people attended the diamond wedding anniversary celebration of George and Roma Rowley.

The 60th anniversary celebration was held at the Goulburn Golf Club, and four generations of the couple’s family attended.

Guests came from as far afield as the Sunshine Coast, Wagga Wagga, Cootamundra and Harden, as well as from Goulburn and the district.

George and Roma Rowley wed 60 years ago on June 15, 1957, at All Saints Anglican Church on George Street in Marulan.
