Goulburn Highway Patrol stopped the 29-year-old at Collector on Saturday afternoon. They claimed the P2 licence holder was travelling 46km/h over the signposted speed limit and 56km/h over her licence restriction.
Police said a roadside breath test returned a positive result to alcohol. The woman was arrested and conveyed to Goulburn Police Station where she underwent a breath analysis, returning a result of 0.027 grams of alcohol in 210 litres of breath.
They issued her a Court Attendance Notice to attend Goulburn Local Court on August 16, for three offences: P2 exceed speed limit - over 45km/h; not comply P2 licence - No P plates, and; drive with special range PCA - first offence.
Police also suspended her NSW drivers licence.
