One lady replaced her shoelaces with different coloured ribbon, another wore a bright candy coloured necklace. This was the attire of Southern Cross Care employees on Monday morning for national Stress Down Day.

The national campaign raises awareness on stress while saving money for Lifeline.
For Southern Cross Care it was comfortable clothing and snacks. Facility manager Lisa Cotterill said the day also included techniques to wind down in and outside of work.
Employees working in the morning, afternoon and night shift were encouraged to get involved in the annual event.
For the first time this year the centre will donate the funds to Goulburn Street Van, which can be found driving through the city every Friday and Saturday night helping those in need.
Organiser and lifestyle coordinator Michelle Green said the staff were always happy to get involved and experience something different.
