Two hundred and twenty six probationary officers and six new police dogs will be attested to the NSW Police Force at the Police Academy in Goulburn on Friday morning.

NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller, the President of NSW Court of Appeal, Margaret Beazley who will represent the Governor of NSW David Hurley and Minister for Emergency Services Troy Grant will be in attendance.
The cohort is made of 166 policemen and 60 policewomen.
Two officers will also receive the Valour Awards for conspicuous merit and exceptional bravery.
Retiring officers Detective Chief Inspector Stephen Henkel, Chief Inspector Paul Roussos, and Sergeant David Plunkett will be commended for their years of service.
