Kylie Isbester, Think Recruitment, welcomed everyone and introduced the guest speakers.
The event on Tuesday, October 17 was well attended, with the warmer weather encouraging people to socialise.
Heni Hardi, manager client services at Goulburn Multicultural Centre and Zumba fitness instructor, spoke about her Zumba classes. Zumba helps to boost your metabolism and strength in a fun and effective way. Different classes are available to cover various fitness levels, including a new one for older people.
Ashleigh Pakis, Panache Financial Mortgage Specialist, talked about the benefits of having a broker negotiate finance on the customer’s behalf, saving the customer time, stress and money. She explained that brokers work on behalf of their customers, not the banks.
Jacquie Howard has many years of experience as a dance instructor. She arranged a special guest, Chloe, to dance for the group. The performance recently gained Chloe first place at Wagga Wagga.
Local business woman Alex Ridley, who is currently transitioning between projects, attends the meet up to maintain her business relationships and network.
“It is a great space to bounce ideas off. I really like the open, supportive environment,” Alex said.
