Our family recently had the need to have an elderly family member admitted there. We express our gratitude to all the staff who cared for her, from emergency through to the top floor: too many to mention.

We had copious amounts of questions in regard to treatment, met with much empathy from Dr Luke and Dr Whelan, who took the time to sit with us on more than one occasion and explain anything we wanted to know.

Even though it became clear this was going to be end-of-life, the staff cared for her so beautifully for five days, always ensuring that she was clean, comfortable and pain-free. It was heart-warming to see the dignity and tenderness from staff. They nurtured her and our family right to the end.

These people are devoted to the work they do and our family can not thank them enough. From our experience with the staff, it is evident you are committed to what you signed up for. This will not be forgotten and we will always sing your praises about this passage in our lives.
