Two sim cards, a mobile phone, electronic storage devices and several “offensive implements” were allegedly found in the possession of two men at Goulburn jail earlier this year.

The 51-year-old and 38-year-old man were charged on Wednesday.
Both men were charged with two counts of possessing an “offensive implement” one count of use and possession of a mobile phone.
The charges were laid following inquiries and forensic examination by investigators from the Hume LAC.
The younger of the men is due to appear at the Goulburn Local Court on November 29, while the older is due to appear on January 17, 2018.
Both remain in custody.
