The Veep actress, who had her last day of treatment on Thursday, shared a video her sons Henry, 25, and Charlie, 20, made for her to celebrate the occasion.
The video, which was posted on Louis-Dreyfus' Instagram account, shows the pair lip-syncing to Michael Jackson's Beat It.
"Mom's Last Chemo Day!!! BEAT IT!!! Love, Henry and Charlie," the video's title card reads.

Henry and Charlie are Louis-Dreyfus' two sons with her comedian husband Brad Hall.
Henry is a singer-songwriter, while Charlie is a college basketball player at Northwestern University.
Humorous Instagram uploads have been a common occurrence during Louis-Dreyfus' breast cancer treatment.
After completing her second round of chemo in October, she shared a picture of herself with a drawn on moustache.
Before starting her third round, Louis-Dreyfus posted a skit her Veep co-stars, Matt Walsh and Sam Richardson, filmed to helped her get "psyched" featuring motivational quotes from a range of problematic historical figures, like Joseph Stalin and Harvey Weinstein.
Louis-Dreyfus announced she had been diagnosed with breast cancer on her Twitter account last year.
"1 in 8 women get breast cancer. Today, I'm the one," she tweeted. "The good news is that I have the most glorious group of supportive and caring friends, and fantastic insurance through my union."
