Ben Nicastri who has strong ties to Goulburn was thrilled to win on the track with its straight named after his grandfather Frank Nicastri who was one of the clubs founders and a great supporter of the sport. In second place was hard driving Nathan Disney while Brad Goman had to make up places coming from the back after a couple of racing incidents to place third. Nicastri managed to stay mostly out of trouble during the feature to claim the $5000.
