The event will follow up from last year's ASRF National Rod Run and will feature a number of popular events including the Auburn Street cruise on Saturday night and the Show and Shine, which will be held at the Goulburn Recreational Area, on Sunday morning.
The event will also see drawing of the winner of the Goulburn is Awesome Chevy Street Rod at 1pm Sunday, feature hours live music and entertainment and give locals the chance to show off their cars alongside some of the state's best.
Local bus driver Mark Cupitt has been an avid hotrodder for the last 10 years and will be entering his pride and joy, a 1947 Chevy Fleetmaster, next weekend.
Mr Cupitt has attended his fair share of hotrod events and said as far as atmosphere goes Goulburn is always one of the best.
"It's a very rock and roll hobby," he said.
