Bush signed with the Brisbane Roar as a National Youth League player in recent weeks and on Monday had his first training session with the A-League side.
Bush had earlier trialled with the Central Coast Mariners and Adelaide United, as well as the Roar, although after his week with the Queensland club he knew where his first choice would be.
“After I spent the week up in Brisbane I really liked it up there and it was really a priority for me,” Bush said.
Indeed, the Roar have a track record of bringing through young talent, with Bush’s teammate in the Young
Socceroos Tommy Oar the biggest success story.
