National Trust members from all over NSW collectively donated the $25,000 to bring Riversdale’s garden back to life.
A cheque for the amount was delivered to the Friends of Riversdale at a special lunch at the property on Saturday.
The lunch, which was hosted by the current Committee, invited guests Mr William Holmes à Court, the National Trust's Chief Executive Officer, with his wife Jane Holmes à Court.
