After winning the C division title in 2009, when rejoining the championships after a long absence, they were promoted to B division this year and went through undefeated.
Competing at Unanderra over the weekend, the team collected pool round wins against Crookwell (8-3), Macarthur 1 (10-3), Illawarra 3 (8-6), Macarthur 2 (12-1) and Sydney 3 (12-2).
The team came up against Crookwell again in the semi-final. It was a great match between the local rivals with Crookwell pushing them to a 5- all draw.
Goulburn qualified for the final due to finishing at the top of the ladder after the pool rounds.
They played Macarthur 1 in a tight final winning 6-5.
The team will now compete in A division next year and the players are keen to make it a hat-trick in 2011.
