About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for the account management of a portfolio of existing customers, whilst identifying business development opportunities for the business. Whilst adhering to credit and compliance regulatory requirements, on a daily basis, you will provide clients with sound business planning and risk management advice. Using a highly consultative approach, the Agribusiness Banking Manager will enjoy developing a detailed understanding of each client’s challenges and financial objectives.
To be successful
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a client-centric professional with a strong interest in the agribusiness sector. Work experience with primary or post-farmgate producers and an understanding of lending processes will be reviewed favourably although, candidates are encouraged to apply if they possess experience in a similar or related industry (Accounting, Consulting, Finance, General Management). Critically, candidates will possess well developed communication skills and they will enjoy providing customer service and working as part of a team.
