This Boutique advice business are well established across the Sydney region. They are looking to bring on an experienced Client Services Manager to join their team. The organisation provides a full range of holistic advice to HNW/UHNW clients. They promote a culture of autonomy, accountability and going above and beyond for their clients.
Your new role
As the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for tasks including:
- Carrying out the implementation of advice documents and the preparation of advice documents
- Offering exceptional client service and being the point of contact for the clients
- Working closely with the Principal Advisers in a high-performing team
- Assisting with advice compliance and ensure that the advice is compliant
- Ad-hoc administration tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Wealth Management industry and an understanding of financial advice topics
- Knowledge of Xplan is advantageous
- A Diploma of Financial Planning or other relevant qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential
- A high attention to detail, strong ability to build rapport and a team player
