Your role will include:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Sydney based team. Our Customer Service Team is the first point of contact for all incoming calls and provides essential administrative support to several internal teams. The successful candidate will be a consummate professional, working in a fast-paced environment to deliver outstanding customer service.
Managing a high volume of inbound calls
Booking appointments and calendar management
Providing appropriate industry knowledge (training provided)
Maintaining relationships with a large client base, i.e. business partners and medical consultants
Assisting with a variety of client requests
Managing general inboxes and email inquiries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent typing skills for fast and accurate data entry
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong customer service ethos
Can efficiently work within a team or independently
Detail orientated and highly organised
Previous experience with booking platforms is highly desired but not essential
Previous experience in a call centre is highly desired but not essential
COVID-19 Double Vaccination is required for all staff attending our premises.
Due to the sensitive and confidential data stored at our offices, we require all staff to have a clean criminal record. A police check will be conducted prior to the start date.
