Job Description

Being a globally reputable business, the most important aspect of this role is ensuring that clients feel welcome - delivering a high-quality customer experience is imperative for this organisation, and that will start with you. You will be dealing with clients who have high expectations of service and care, so everything must run smoothly. That means things like:

  • Answer phone queries and emails from candidates and consultants in a professional and timely manner
  • Accurately enter the 3rd party system's time sheets
  • Weekly expenses processed accurately and on time
  • Provide accurate not-payroll-ready report to those processing weekly pay runs before deadline
  • Prepare verification's upon request by authorised the 3rd party company
  • Liaise with payroll vendors, recruitment consultants, IT and the credit and accounts teams as required to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Emails are actioned prior to deadline

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is someone with the confidence and drive to successfully provide an exceptional customer service experience for my client. You must be personable and approachable and know how to work in a team-oriented environment. Additionally, we are looking for someone who knows how to communicate effectively, both internally and with clients.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Can do attitude with open mindset to expose to a wide variety of duties
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent prioritising, organising and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines in a team environment and autonomously
