Your new role
This Top 4 Bank is looking to expand its outbound sales teams by recruiting multiple pro-active and highly motivated sales professionals. The focus of the role will be inbound sales, and this role will require to you use your excellent communication skills and match suitable banking products accordingly. This role has full time hours and will be paying a competitive hourly rate. Initially, you will be required to work in the office until you are proficient in the role.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be personable and able to build great relationships with potential and existing customers. Prior sales experience is not required, however the aptitude to learn a range of banking products and the ability to hold a confident, insightful conversation is critical.
- You have full time availability Monday- Friday between the hours of 8am-8pm
- You have keen self-determination and the ability to problem solve and provide solutions
- You have unrestricted working rights within Australia
- You are organised, have a customer-centric approach and are a brilliant communicator
