Your new role
Reporting into the Director, you will be responsible for managing the relationships across banks, lenders, Finance team and wider company. Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing a team of 5
- Developing financial strategy, including risk minimisation and opportunity forecasting
- Managing all feasibility reports
- Managing budgets of each project
- Maintaining relationship with banks and lenders, coordinating all loans and agreements
- Producing monthly reports and financial results for each project
What you'll need to succeed
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Experience in construction, property development or project related business
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience within Analytical role
- Ability to interpret data and produce comprehensive reports
