About us

We are a well-established group of Hotels based in Goulburn, offering warm friendly environments, fantastic beer gardens, bistro dining and function spaces.

Along with showcasing aged meats, churrasco, tortilla production and BBQ items, our hotels are “foodies pubs” that sell beef from our own farms to our plates.


The opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and established Head Chef to join us.

This is a hands-on role that will see you overseeing the kitchens across the group utilising your innovative mindset and passion for cooking.



This hands-on role will involve a variety of duties across a vast remit, with some of these duties, across all sites including (but not limited to):

Purchasing, rostering, wage & staff planning

Menu creation and promotions

Oversee all kitchen staff

Function menu planning and rostering

General kitchen duties as needed

Along with operating a safe and hygienic kitchen, you will also utilise your well-honed skills in building an enjoyable workplace culture.

What you need

Full unrestricted Australian working rights

Proven track record of operating a profitable kitchen with the ability to perform under pressure

Food, wage and roster management experience

Menu and specials/promotions planning

Ability to manage kitchen staff and operate a safe and hygienic kitchen

**This is a unique opportunity for a food-focused chef to showcase their talents, the successful applicant will contribute in relaunching refurbished, high volume hotels in regional NSW**
