Logistics Administrator

Our client, a family-owned, reputable vineyard, nursery, and wine business, is searching for a new member to join the ever-expanding team as Logistics Administrator.

Working closely underneath the Senior Nursery Administrator and the Nursery and Vineyard manager, your role will require you to manage office-based tasks while ensuring high levels of customer service and strong responsibility relating to inventory and dispatch.

Further, day-to-day activities and tasks include:

• Maintenance of all folders, forms, and data recording systems.
• Prepare and collate all documentation required for the despatch of vines, including address labels, vine ID tags, ICA labels, traceability labels, freight con-notes and plant health certificates etc.
• Ensure every shipment is packed correctly and accurately as well as labelled neatly and precisely.

Skills and attributes which will assist your success within this role include:

• Uphold excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ensure a professional and friendly demeanour.
• Ability to retain information to a high level.
