Temporary Contract Maintenance officer required for a temporary position
Your new company
Our well-known client requires a highly skilled all-rounder maintenance officer to complete reactive and preventative repairs at their facility based in Melbourne.. This is a temporary position, with the chance for the assignment to be extended
Your new role
You will be in required to complete preventive and scheduled maintenance on the facility and demonstrate a can-do easy approach to problem solving on the daily. You will be required to undertake the following, however not limited to:
- Patch & Paint
- Changing door locks
- Repairing damaged fixtures
- Furniture removal
- Changing lights
- Basic carpentry
- Basic plumbing
- Other ad hoc duties.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role, you must have;
- Experience as a maintenance officer within an aged or health care environment (desired)
- Current Police Check (within last 6 months, or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children’s Check
- COVID Vaccination
What you'll get in return
- $34 - $36ph + Superannuation
