Job Description

The role is a full-function payroll position, including HR elements of on-boarding and terminations. Working closely within the HR function, you will provide the maintenance to support the integrity of the payroll system.

• Responsible for time and attendance collection and processing
• Assist with payroll processing of multiple entities using both Agreements and Award systems
• Processing new employee information and updating payroll records
• Provide advice and liaise with employees on payroll related queries
• Participate in the development of process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have experience in a full-function payroll position, from use of time and attendance systems, entering through reporting and reconciliations. Experience using Kronos system is very highly regarded, however experience with other complex system's is also appropriate:

Other Experience/Skills includes:

• Good understanding of Taxation and Superannuation (Workcover desirable)
• Able to analyses and resolve problems in an efficient and effective manner
• Proven time management skills to meet deadlines
• Highest level of integrity and confidentiality
